Objects are found throughout all sorts of rooms on all floors of the Abyss. They can be interacted with in one way or another.
Barrels[ | ]
Barrels can be destroyed for Pickups. While wooden barrels can be shot, stone barrels require an explosion to destroy. Aside from the explosive and the regular wooden barrel, all other barrels have to be unlocked via an Upgrade.

Chests[ | ]
Chests can contain a wide variety of things, from Pickups to Items or Weapons. Whenever a chest generates a new chest as part of it's drops, the newly generated chest will be guaranteed of higher value (e.g. a small chest can only generate medium chests and bigger).

Doors[ | ]
Doors are blocking the entrances to certain rooms in the Abyss. Most doors will only open after the player has used a specific pickup.

Machines[ | ]
All Machines except the Arcade Machine have to be unlocked via Upgrades before they will be generated in the Abyss . All Machines require a certain amount of to be used. All machines have a certain chance to break and explode when used, see the individual descriptions below.

Reroll Cube | Found in Reroll Cube Rooms. When picked up, will cycle quickly through all possible outcomes. When it lands after thrown, the effect displayed will trigger. (Reroll all items and pickups / become locked / spawn enemies / nothing ). If it becomes locked, it will cost 10x to unlock again. | |
Roulette Machine | Costs 10x per use. Will break after 6-10 uses (usually, very rarely breaks before the 5th use). Unlocked via an Upgrade. When used, the light wheel will spin, if the light stops on a yellow section, the machine will throw out 5-25x . If the light stops on a red section, the player will be rewarded nothing. After every spin, one of the lights above the wheel will light up. When all lights are lit up, if the player wins the next spin, the roulette machine will spew out lots of . (up to ~120) | |
