Ticket-1 seems to have a chance to drop everywhere, from monsters, chests, Smirk Co. vendors or room drops.
Picking up this ticket item will set the layout of Level-? to the following:

It only consists of one teleporter-room with four connected rooms. Each of the connected rooms contains six golden chests and one key.

In order to exit this floor, you have to activate the switch and use the stone-portal to teleport to the boss room, Meta - the God of Bittercoin.
